Classes run in 5-week block courses, which are designed to increase momentum gradually and subtly. Individual needs are always a priority. Before you know it, you have become stronger and more nimble, from head to toe.
This class will invigorate and help you to relax from tension, providing a feeling of well-being.

Debbie is qualified STOTT Certified Instructor. Teaching Pilates exclusively, in the Havering area and providing private instruction for clients, male and female, who want to focus on individual needs, or require assistance with post-rehabilitation from injury. Debbie also runs small group classes at all levels in Hornchurch and Harold Wood.

STOTT Pilates is mat-based exercise programme that is relatively slow moving, and has low impact on joints. It is SCIENTIFICALLY designed to strengthen the CORE: muscles deep in the abdomen, back and joint attachments. Reinforcing these muscles helps to increase joint mobility and improve flexibility, posture, balance and coordination.
This programme aids relaxation and relieves muscle tension, backache and stress. It is suitable at age, size or level of fitness.
