I am a Level 3 Pilates Personal Trainer & Matwork Instructor based in Plymouth. I qualified in 2009, then in 2011 I achieved the Modern Pilates Professional Instructor Award, covering Pilates for the Older Adult, Pilates for Pregnancy and Neurological Pilates. I use a mixture of modern and traditional Pilates methods to create a functional, therapeutic and fitness-centric course which will increase your flexibility, strength and range of movement. Clients with musculoskeletal conditions & other health concerns welcome in mixed ability classes. Places by booking only.
