121 Sessions
Private sessions are a completely personalised experience. Every session will be tailored to how you are feeling – each week we’ll work together to find the best movement solutions for you.We’ll discuss what you’d like to achieve and work with a combination of equipment and matwork exercises to create sessions that provide the right level of challenge and support.
Equipment Classes
In-person classes for 2 people – reserve a time for you and a friend or family member. Or let me match you up with a movement buddy. You’ll each have your own movement programme as well as support during class, your equipment classes will be tailored to meet your individual needs and personal movement goals. Each session will include exercises on the reformer, tower, chair and other equipment.
